    We will send you a tracking email once your order has shipped. Included will be a tracking number. Alternatively, you can log into your account and access your tracking number.

  • When will my order ship?

    Our orders ship 1-2 days before your selected delivery date.

  • When will my order arrive?

    Orders arrive between 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM local time to residential addresses and 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM to commercial addresses. If there are any issues, please send us an email at support@overnightflowers.com

  • What happens if my order does not arrive in time?

  • Where do you ship?

    We ship to all lower 48 state. We are unable to ship to , Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO, or PO Boxes

  • Can I ship internationally?

    No, unfortunately we cannot at this time.

  • What days do you deliver?

    We deliver from Tuesday through Saturday and to select areas on Monday through Saturday. When selecting your delivery date and zip code, the calendar will display available delivery days

  • How much does shipping cost?

    Shipping is free. We charge for flowers and not for shipping.

  • Can I ship to an APO/FPO?

    Do do not ship to APO/FPO, however send us an email at help@overnightflowers.com and let’s see how we can help

  • Does my recipient have to sign for their package?

    No, we do not require a signature, however our delivery carriers may require a signature in some circumstances

  • Can I ship to a PO BOX?

    We require an physical address and do not ship to PO Boxes

  • My recipient has a gate/access code. Can I enter it at check-out?

    Absolutely! This is an optional field to enter, however it will greatly help our carriers access tough to reach destinations

    Please log-in and under my orders section, select the order you’d like to modify. A word of caution, last minute modifications the day before delivery may be difficult to administer on our side. The sooner you know the order change, please do so. Any questions, support@overnightflowers.com

  • How do I cancel my orders?

    Please log-in and under my orders section, select the order you’d like to cancel. Please note that once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled

  • How do I change my recipient delivery address?

    Please log-in and under my orders section, select the order you’d like to modify. A word of caution, last minute address changes may be difficult to administer on our side, especially if the order has been processed and shipped. The sooner you are able to change the delivery address, the greater likelihood the change will be successful. Any questions, help@overnightflowers.com

  • What happens after I place an order?

    Before your order is shipped, we hand make every bouquet to order and inspect every flower in the bouquet. We are different from other flower delivery companies whos bouquets are constructed up to week in advance. Additionally, we do not substitute flowers based on availability.

  • Do you accept returns?

    We do not accept returns because of the perishability of our flowers

  • Do you substitute flowers?

    We make every effort to send the exact flowers in your arrangement, however from time to time we will need to substitute equal or great value flowers based on floral availability. If we do substitute, we always try to match like colors.

    We accept all major forms of payment and many newer forms of payment as well. If there is a payment option you’d like to see add, please email support@overnightflowers.com.

  • When will my credit card be charged?

    Your credit card will charged after your order ships.

  • My card was declined, what should I do?

    The most likely case is human error :) Please re-enter your credit card details. If declined again, please give your bank a call

  • Do you take international payments?

    Yes! However, if the payment declines the first time, please give your bank a call and advise them of the purchase

  • How do I redeem a gift card?

    Gift cards can be redeemed in the gift card section of the check-out page
